Finished the fwd rudder cable brackets C02-10 and fwd cable pulley straps C02-11 from raw kit stock. Belt sanded C02-12 bushing to .375". Shortened pulley bushing to .345" on the belt sander and installed it in the A228 pulley. Had to "burnish/ream" the ID of the pulley bushing to get it to move freely on the bolt. Did that by moving the bushing up/down on a 3/16 drill bit running on the drill press.
Assembled all the above to produce the fwd rudder cable pulley brackets C02-16 R/L shown in image 1. Torqued the spacer bolt to 14 lb-in and and applied torque seal.
